Same day delivery or within the next 24hrs

If you place an order and you wish this order to be delivered within the next 24hrs, we kindly ask you to give us a call on +356 99440127. By doing this we will ensure that your order can be delivered on the same and on the time requested. If still the order is made, and same day delivery cannot be affected then the delivery will be scheduled for the next day.

Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within (2) two hours on confirmed orders. You are asked to indicate the time in the checkout section after selecting you order. We will do our best to accommodate you request.

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 7am-8pm daily. During seasonal events such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we offer extended hours and delivery times, Should you require delivery out of our normal hours please call to verify on +356 99440127 or +356 21800398 you can also email us info@farfettflowers.com.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Recipient is not available

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbour or colleague at work. If none is available an authorised representative from Il-Farfett Flowers will contact the sender by phone or E-mail to arrange for pick-up or re-deliver.

Recipient refusal of delivery

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the sender will be held fully liable for the cost of the gift/s.

Funeral Deliveries

These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the flower delivery to the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. In any case we do not reach you by phone we will send you an e-mail awaiting further instructions. Funeral ceremony times typically start at 8:00 am or at 2:00 pm (+/0:30 minutes) from Monday to Friday and at 9:00am or 4pm on Saturday, As not to be disappointed we suggest that order for funerals that will be held the next day before 9am do ensure you have confirmed your order before 8pm or if later please call (+356 99440127) before confirming your order

  • For flowers delivered to church where funeral ceremony will take place: include church name, locality & exact time the ceremony starts in the additional information box.
  • For Delivery to Mortuary room please specify in the additional information box which: Hospital and exact time funerary vehicle will leave the Mortuary room. (Usually approx 1:00 hour before Funeral ceremony starts).

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en-route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed please call (+356) 99440127 or (+356) 21800398 to advise us immediately and place your order on hold. All changes or cancellations must be sent from the same e-mail you have processed your payment, orders are effectively cancelled once email has been received. Any orders that have been placed & paid for by mistake and our online sales representatives have been requested to cancel the said order ref#, in such cases you (the buyer) are solely eligible for a credit note of the full amount.

  • That if such cases arises our company doesn’t issue money refunds.
  • Credit note amount should be redeemed within (1) one calendar year from the date of issue.
  • A credit note is only issued and sent to the email you have supplied during your purchase order.
  • Please allow (5) five Working days for the credit note to be issued.

Recipient may be contacted

In some cases a representative from Il-Farfett Flowers may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be at the requested address to accept the delivery, such as (Government offices, schools or restricted access addresses).

Card Messages

The message that you write in the personal gift message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order, all messages and data provided within order provided by the sender are kept confidential. If personal gift message is left blank the delivery will be considered anonymous.

Collection of Information and Data Policy

Il-Farfett Flowers collects personal information and data in order to offer or provide goods and services to its customers. We may obtain this information from a variety of sources:

  • Directly from customer applications, questionnaires and other materials submitted.
  • From transactions in which Il-Farfett Flowers and consumers are involved.
  • From e-mail activity on our website and from a variety of third-party sources.
